Tugas Bahasa Inggris : Procedure Text (Western Food)

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Goal : to cook chicken cordon bleu
The ingredients / materials :
-          2 chiken breast without skin
-          2 tea spoon of mustard
-          2 slices of smoked beef
-          Salt
-          Pepper
-          Wheat flour
-          Bread flour
-          Mixed egg
Steps :
1.       First, split the chicken breasts horizontally, but don’t cut it all.
2.       Second, open the chicken breasts, put the mustard, salt, and pepper.
3.       Third, put the smoked beef in the middle of the chicken breasts, and then close it, if necessary, pin the chicken breasts with toothpicks.
4.       Then, put the chicken breasts in the refrigerator about 30 minutes.
5.       After that, sprinkle the chicken breasts with the wheat flour, then dip it in the mixed egg
6.       Next, sprinkle the chicken breasts until all of the surface layered
7.       And then, fry it with small fire first, if it’s ¾ ripe, exaggerate the fire. After frying, don’t forget to waste the toothpicks.
8.       Finally, split the chicken cordon bleu vertically, and then you can serve it with mustard or sauce.
